Distinctive, complex aromas, with some liquourice on the finish. Smooth with strong blackcurrant, and notes of damson flavours. Decant before serving. Lay down for a few years for extra improvement. |

Great balance, depth and length. Rich ripe fruits dominate, most obviously apricot, with notes of cinnamon and clove. Powerful finish, hint of butter. Drink on its own or with fish/shellfish. |

Full flavoured, smooth and balanced. Garrigue herbs on the nose, followed by some spice, pepper and good blackberry on the palate. Excellent with red meat and pasta dishes with rich tomato sauces. Try a strong cheddar. |

| Deep-flavoured wine with excellent length. Notes of ripe black cherries on the palate, with hints of dark chocolate. Smooth, softened tannins and very approachable. Drink by itself or with red meats and medium cheeses. Hard to find this high quality in same price range. Superb. |

Fresh, lively wine with flavours of ripe citrus fruits. Length holds extremely well. Complements fish with sauce dishes, and goat's cheese, though will happily drink on its own. |

Good example of single grape Viognier - well-developed fruit taste but avoiding sweetness. Length holds nicely. Perfect as aperitif or try with fruits de mer, oysters, cold prawns or crab. Immediately accessible.
