2. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, unless specifically stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change the price prior to acceptance of the order because of Duty, Budget and any other change in the cost of goods to Us. Orders are accepted subject to stock availability, and for execution at the price ruling at the date of the Order. Wine prices quoted, unless otherwise stated, are for bottles of 0.75 ltrs.
Payment and Security
3. All information (including credit card details) is sent and received using secure e-commerce software. Payment is collected when You enter your credit (or debit) card details and press Confirm Your Order.
Delivery
4. All goods should be examined on receipt and any losses or breakages reported at the time of delivery. We will endeavour to replace the items lost/broken within one week.
5. Whilst every endeavour will be made to deliver the vintages shown on the Wine List, occasionally we do have to substitute wines for a later vintage - this is most likely in the event that stocks of the listed vintage are exhausted. We will let you know by email if this is the case before delivery.

If agents of our delivery company are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In all cases, including any negligence or breach of contract by us, we shall not be liable for any financial or consequential loss of any nature and the limit of our liability shall be the purchase price of any wines found to be defective, or otherwise not in accordance with the terms of this contract.
